The Modena traditional balsamic vinegar is a product of exceptional gastronomy protected by the PDO trademark (Protected Designation of Origin). It is one of the finest seasoning, obtained exclusively in the province of Modena.
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is obtained from cooked grape must, aged through a slow acidification, derived from a natural fermentation and progressive concentration, through a very long ageing process inside barrels made up of different woods, without the addition of aromatic substances.
The special characteristic that makes it a unique product is that it stems from an ancient secret kept in the lands of Modena.
