  • Great apartment!

    Very clean and really comfortable! Emilia Suite Home is a must if you go to Modena by car. Parking inside the property and just a 5 min. walk to the city centre. Central heating, big TV and bathroom amenities!

  • Amazing stay

    Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.

  • Luxury apt, exactly as listed in photos

    I can only say this is the nicest apartment yet. Very modern, clean and well furnished. It is a luxury apt, exactly as listed in photos. We are used to 3 story walk up and this one has an elevator! Easy walk to the old town. Staff have been very professional and helpful arranging a last minute taxi when we were late for our restaurant reservation. The air conditioning is a dream and helpful to have a washer with 3 kids. I highly recommend. Grocery store 1 block away.

  • Couldn’t have been better

    The location to the train station and everything that I wanted to see couldn’t have been better. The place was clean, comfortable and safe. I’d definitely stay here again.

  • Appartamento molto bello ed elegante ad 1 minuto dalla stazione dei treni

    Fornito di macchina del caffè, the caldo, tostapane e tutto l’indispensabile per adoperare la cucina. Il bagno è altrettanto attrezzato con phon per capelli, ciabatte, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Inoltre le televisioni sono dotate di abbonamento Netflix. L’host è stato molto disponibile e cordiale rispondendo prontamente a tutte le nostre necessità. Davvero molto soddisfatti. Consigliata.

  • Una piacevole sorpresa

    Situato al terzo piano di un palazzo del centro storico, l’appartamento è una piacevole sorpresa. Un tocco di modernità dove non te l’aspetti. Nulla è lasciato al caso, il giusto connubio tra moderno e antico! Poi è full optional, fornito di tutto, persino di piastra per scaldare panini e aspirapolvere. I 2 locali di cui è composto l’appartamento sono entrambi climatizzati e hanno salvato me e i miei familiari dalla calura (temperatura esterna 36°C). Patrizia è stata gentilissima e celere a rispondere alle mie richieste anche via whatsapp. Tutto TOP!!!

  • I cannot recommend Emilia Suite enough!

    It can be daunting any time you travel to a new city for the first time; however, Emilia Suite made us feel special and at home from the moment we confirmed our booking.   • Perfect Location in the Heart of Modena

    Pros: The location is in the heart of the historic district and close to so many things.
    Cons: Nothing, wonderful place.
    Location: Everything (restaurants, brew pub, markets) are all right there.
    I was eating at Osteria Francescana so booked this place as it is 30 meters away, and it was a delightful place. I had the two floor suite (just for me). It was modern and clean and a perfect head quarters for wandering the streets of Modena

    Super cute, nicely decorated basement apartment, located in an adorable town. We really enjoyed our stay and were amazed by the property. Beautiful park like setting in a castle looking villa. We found out from our friends that this villa was actually German occupied during WWII, and you can see areas on the brick where bullets hit…what history!! Just a short walk to town…loved Spilamberto! (as others have mentioned, bring bug spray and a flashlight). Went on a wonderful balsamic tour in Modena too. Our included breakfast at the Hollywood cafe was a real treat. We were to only out of towners and everyone was super helpful and nice. Communication with owner was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Beautifully Designed given the small building, in the very centre of town, but creating great spaces. Modern & Classic melt together to give you all the comfort for a very pleasant stay. When I will be back in Modena, I know already where to go, as some tasty restaurants are just a tiny walk away…thank you again.

    Excellent modern spacious apartment in convenient location
    Modern well equipped apartment. Spacious rooms. Two shower rooms toilet. Balcony. reasonably quite.
    Enjoyed our breakfasts in the bakery coffee shop downstairs. Regular bus service from outside apartment to centre of Modena.
    Would recommend it as a place to stay whilst visiting Emilia Romagna Region of Italy. Good train service to surrounding towns.

    Appartamento moderno perfettamente attrezzato, silenzioso e pulitissimo. Arredato con gusto, prodotti da bagno e ciabatte come in un albergo 4 stelle, cucina moderna, colazione golosa alla panetteria sotto casa. Apprezzabile anche la possibilità di affittare per una notte sola e la disponibilità e professionalità del servizio. Da raccomandare assolutamente.

  • Comfort e libertà in centro storico

    Staff simpatico e disponibile, molto utile il servizio di pass auto per la zona a traffico limitato. Il loft è piccolo ma confortevole, curato nel design e a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale.
    Carina anche l’idea di offrire il buono colazione in un bar delle vicinanze.

    Zentrale Lage (zona trafico limitato ist kein Problem, man bekommt eine Ausnahmegenehmigung); auch für 4 Personen sehr geräumig; moderne, saubere, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung und Ausstattung; vollständige Küche und Küchenausstattung inkl. Tee und Kaffee; perfekte Betreuung durch Paola und Patrizia (Achtung, keine Rezeption, daher eine Ankunftsankündigung ca. 1 Stunde vor Ankunft erforderlich)

    My wife and I had a great experience at Emilia Suite. Check in was very smooth. We loved the stylish simplicity of the place, which matched our trendy experience of Modena.     Ottima posizione nel centro cittadino e appartamento in palazzo antico ristrutturato con tutti i comfort e con gusto. Sorprendente la cabina/stanza doccia.
    Perfetto il letto matrimoniale ed anche il divano letto singolo è comodo. Ottima la disponibilità dello staff.

  • Beautiful little boutique apartment

    We stayed here for 1 night as we had reservations at Francescana Modena. Absolutely loved this little gem, it’s a few meters away from the restaurant (literally around the corner), the owner was lovely and the architect ensured that the small space was efficiently and smartly utilized, with many modern gadgets without ever compromising design. The only downside are the steep steps, we were on the 2nd floor and extra precaution should be taken when carrying luggage. Also the owner arranges for free breakfast at a nearby wonderful cafe (5min walk) which has a great selection of baked goodies.

  • Impeccabile!

    Curato fin nei minimi dettagli, l’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, in pieno centro, semplicemente perfetto. Dispone di un grande salone con un divano angolare comodissimo, televisore al plasma e cucina. Le camere da letto sono due: una con letto matrimoniale e la seconda con letto singolo. Si dorme divinamente, i letti sono comodi e gli ambienti molto silenziosi. La sala da bagno è ampia e confortevole. Ben riscaldato e dotato di wi-fi. La struttura d’epoca conserva splendidi soffitti con travi a vista. Tutto è nuovo e immacolato. La colazione, ottima, è servita in un locale vicino.
