Lambrusco is a wine with particular characteristics; it is an extraordinary, original and incomparable wine among all the other wines considered by the oenology.
Probably, its peculiarities result from the combination of lands, climate and character of the Emilian people that enhanced the product making it one of the most popular wines in the world. The whole Emilia, Modena in particular, is very proud of the product that has now a sentimental value for its inhabitants.

Very clean and really comfortable! Emilia Suite Home is a must if you go to Modena by car. Parking inside the property and just a 5 min. walk to the city centre. Central heating, big TV and bathroom amenities!

Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.

I can only say this is the nicest apartment yet. Very modern, clean and well furnished. It is a luxury apt, exactly as listed in photos. We are used to 3 story walk up and this one has an elevator! Easy walk to the old town. Staff have been very professional and helpful arranging a last minute taxi when we were late for our restaurant reservation. The air conditioning is a dream and helpful to have a washer with 3 kids. I highly recommend. Grocery store 1 block away.

Fornito di macchina del caffè, the caldo, tostapane e tutto l’indispensabile per adoperare la cucina. Il bagno è altrettanto attrezzato con phon per capelli, ciabatte, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Inoltre le televisioni sono dotate di abbonamento Netflix. L’host è stato molto disponibile e cordiale rispondendo prontamente a tutte le nostre necessità. Davvero molto soddisfatti. Consigliata.

It can be daunting any time you travel to a new city for the first time; however, Emilia Suite made us feel special and at home from the moment we confirmed our booking. Super cute, nicely decorated basement apartment, located in an adorable town. We really enjoyed our stay and were amazed by the property. Beautiful park like setting in a castle looking villa. We found out from our friends that this villa was actually German occupied during WWII, and you can see areas on the brick where bullets hit…what history!! Just a short walk to town…loved Spilamberto! (as others have mentioned, bring bug spray and a flashlight). Went on a wonderful balsamic tour in Modena too. Our included breakfast at the Hollywood cafe was a real treat. We were to only out of towners and everyone was super helpful and nice. Communication with owner was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent modern spacious apartment in convenient location
Modern well equipped apartment. Spacious rooms. Two shower rooms toilet. Balcony. reasonably quite.
Enjoyed our breakfasts in the bakery coffee shop downstairs. Regular bus service from outside apartment to centre of Modena.
Would recommend it as a place to stay whilst visiting Emilia Romagna Region of Italy. Good train service to surrounding towns.

Appartamento moderno perfettamente attrezzato, silenzioso e pulitissimo. Arredato con gusto, prodotti da bagno e ciabatte come in un albergo 4 stelle, cucina moderna, colazione golosa alla panetteria sotto casa. Apprezzabile anche la possibilità di affittare per una notte sola e la disponibilità e professionalità del servizio. Da raccomandare assolutamente.

Curato fin nei minimi dettagli, l’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, in pieno centro, semplicemente perfetto. Dispone di un grande salone con un divano angolare comodissimo, televisore al plasma e cucina. Le camere da letto sono due: una con letto matrimoniale e la seconda con letto singolo. Si dorme divinamente, i letti sono comodi e gli ambienti molto silenziosi. La sala da bagno è ampia e confortevole. Ben riscaldato e dotato di wi-fi. La struttura d’epoca conserva splendidi soffitti con travi a vista. Tutto è nuovo e immacolato. La colazione, ottima, è servita in un locale vicino.
