Emilia Studios is a functional complex of 8 flats of approx. 30sqm, very similar to each other, located in the historic centre. Each flat consists of a double bedroom with smart TV, a private bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette (coffee machine etc.), an additional table for eating/working and finally a large wardrobe. Available to all guests on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which is very useful especially for those with long overnight stays. There is also a elevator inside the building, which is convenient for reaching the upper flats.

Parking: Since the property is located in the historic city center, there are no assigned parking spots; however, guests often find parking directly beneath the building. In any case, we provide a ZTL permit allowing access to the city center throughout your stay. Additionally, we issue a form to be filled out and placed on your car’s dashboard, which allows our guests to park for free in any blue-line parking space.
